Can my puppy use enrichment toys?

 

Yes, absolutely! Dogs of all ages love enrichment toys. They’re ideal for puppies, especially during those first few weeks when they can’t go out for walks yet. Many dogs continue to enjoy them as they grow older – they often become a firm favourite.

Can I wash my enrichment toys?

Yes 😊 All our snuffle mats, snuffle balls and tugs can be machine washed on a 30°C quick wash.

We recommend using a small amount of detergent and no fabric softener.

 

To protect your toy, place it inside a pillowcase before washing.

Air dry only – do not tumble dry.

Once fully dry, give it a good shake to restore its shape.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

 

All our snuffle mats, balls and toys are handmade to order.

Please allow 3–5 days lead time before dispatch.

 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked, and delivery usually takes a couple of days after dispatch. We will send you the tracking reference and we will monitor tracking to make sure your order arrives safely.

 

Wholesale orders 14 days lead time we will confirm at time of ordering. We sent all items via Royal Mail 48hr tracked. We will email you with reference when dispatched.

What is your return policy?

 

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Our toys are not indestructible, and we advise supervision at all times.

However,If your item arrives damaged, please email us so we can resolve this promptly.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by pets.
