Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused standard items in original condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

 

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
