Getting Started
 
For your dog’s first few sessions, we recommend fastening the tweed strap loosely so they can learn how to open the puzzle. As your dog gains confidence, gradually tighten the strap to increase the level of challenge. Please do not allow your dog to become frustrated, if they struggle just latch it on lightly. 
 
The tweed strap may feel slightly firm when new. This is completely normal and will naturally soften with use, making it easier to fasten and adjust.
